Booking Process

All bookings are confirmed once both parties have agreed on the date, time, location, and performance details. A verbal or written agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are flexible and determined on a case-by-case basis for each booking. Typically, full payment is due on the day of the event. Payment can be made via check, bank transfer, or credit card.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Personal or business checks
  • Bank transfers
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Cash

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation:
Our cancellation policy is flexible and handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event date generally receive a full refund minus any deposit paid
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event are evaluated individually based on circumstances
  • We understand that unexpected situations arise and work with clients to find fair solutions

Performer Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that Henry ‘Oz must cancel a performance due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond his control, clients will receive either:

  • A full refund of all payments made, or
  • The option to reschedule for a mutually agreeable date

Performance Details

Standard performances range from 30 to 90 minutes and are customized to suit your event. The specific performance duration, content, and style will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

Travel and Accommodation

For performances requiring travel outside of Orcas Island and the San Juan Islands, travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. These fees typically cover:

  • Transportation costs
  • Accommodation if required
  • Additional time for travel

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, war, terrorism, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions.

Liability and Equipment

Hold Harmless Agreement:
The client agrees to hold harmless Oz Entertainment LLC and Henry ‘Oz from any liability arising from the performance, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Equipment Responsibility:
Oz Entertainment LLC maintains insurance on all performance equipment and takes full responsibility for its safe operation during the event.

Photography and Recording

Both parties agree that any photography or video recording of the performance requires mutual consent. Oz Entertainment LLC reserves the right to use photos and videos from performances for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through mediation or the courts of Washington State.

These terms and conditions represent general guidelines for engagements with Oz Entertainment LLC. All terms are subject to individual agreement and mutual consent, and may be modified to suit specific circumstances of each booking.
